The JSC “Rostovgorstroy” is a part of the “Rostovgorstroy” Group of Companies, one of the largest construction associations in the South of Russia. Its basis are 12 enterprises specializing in carrying out the technical customer, customer-builder functions, design, industrial and housing construction, development and construction engineering. Its overall personnel counts over 3 200 people.

The JSC “Rostovgorstroy” history dates back to July 1938 as North-Caucasus District Military-Construction Department was founded, which in 1949 was reorganized into the construction trust №10. The trust’s specialization was industrial construction. Since 1992 it became the JSC “Rostovgorstroy”.

Over the decades of its activity, the “Rostovgorstroy” company built a vast amount of objects which made the Rostov-on-Don and Rostov Region image, such as the M. Gorky drama theater building, Rostov Musical theater and the Rostov circus, “Rostselmash”, “Krasny Aksai” plants and “Rostov Helicopter Plant”, hotels “Intourist” and “Rostov”, Sport Palace, Don State Public Library, “Russia” and “Rostov” cinemas, and a lot of other significant objects.
